What does everyone put in there shake when using insulin anything you tried and found to really help. I use 50grams protein, 7 grams dextrose every iu, 5 grams bcaa's, 5 grams creatine ,and 5 grams glutamine. Does anyone use something different or add something that you find to really benefit You?...

Refeed day starts at 5am
Every 8 days I have a refeed day for 6 hours or 3-4 meals max. No cardio or training this day. Truth be told I cant stand this day! 5am - check my temperature first, take BCAA's and Glut, eat eggo waffles to feeling full then 50g micro filtration whey protein shake. 7am - eat more eggo waffles...

My cardio only day meal plan
6am - get up and take 10g glut, BCAAs and nothing but h2o
6:30am - MC IGF at half dose vs workout days
Cardo on treadmill for 20min at my target HR for that day
7:30am - 14 egg whites, 1 cup oats/ 10g glut, more BCAAs
