How do you track your macros?
Do you track in a log?
Do you use an app?
If so which app?
Caloric intake?
What is your breakdown of Carbs, fats, and proteins?
I'm just looking for different views and ideas.
I cant seem to find it on MC, last time I saw it wasnt even a wk ago. It was where members wrote in with what they eat each meal and what thier strategy was as far as macro's. Didnt get chance to read it but am interested. Anyone know what I'm talking about??
